Refund & Shipping Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags (including our own), and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
Should you not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. All refunds are subject to our appraisal of the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate and rectify as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, these include perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and refunds on sale items or gift cards.
All items purchased in person are subject to an all sales are final policy. No returns will be permitted for items purchased in person. We allow the option to inspect and try on all items to ensure satisfaction when completing a purchase.
All orders within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number once we have shipped your item.
Shipping to the UK is:
Keyrings and Air Fresheners: FREE
Everything else: £9.99 for UK orders - sent next day guaranteed by 1pm, with a tracking number.
International shipping will be dependant on your location. Please note that Sneakersen will not be liable to you for any additional charges that you may incur.
